Return Terms
The deadline to request the return of a product must be within 30 days after the reception of your order.
Within such period of time, if not satisfied, the client will have the right to request a reimbursement for the value of the product.
The process for any returns is the following:
The client should send the item back to us indicating clearly the full name and details of the sender on the outside of his parcel. Inside of the parcel, the client should indicate his order number, full details and the exchange and/or return that he wishes to make. Since our emails get archived daily, it is important to do this on a written note inside of the box. The address where to send all your returns is, as follows:

Once we receive your return parcel, we will process your return.
Important: The following conditions must be accomplished for all of your returns:
Your return will not be accepted under any circumstances, if the product returned does not arrive to us in perfect condition, properly packed and protected, inside its original box and not used.
The return shipping cost must be assumed always by the client. Please note that we do not accept any freight collect returns.
The payment of the price difference between one item and another, will never be accepted by cheque or either in cash.
If your order was paid by Bank deposit, transfer or either, payment on delivery; you must provide us with your full Bank details so we will be able to send you a Bank transfer in return. If your order was paid by PayPal or credit card, we will always reimburse you in the same manner.
In the event that the product sent was defective or not according to what it was ordered, the client must proceed by contacting Andrés Machado beforehand but never returning the item to us directly.
We do not make exchanges, if you would like a new size, colour, or item you must place a new order through our website.
If you ever found a problem upon the reception of your order, such as, damaged packaging, missing items or these in bad condition; then you must please, contact us by telephone or by email within the first 24 hours after the reception of your order.
We can by no means raise any reimbursements or re-send any merchandise prior to the reception and checking of the items returned to us. If past 30 labour days from the reception of your order, we will not accept any exchanges or claims.
